You have no doubt noticed in a number of these photos that we live on a “rock pile.” It is an amazing “collection” of bits and pieces of God’s creation, evidence of the crumbling rock faces that once towered above where our house sits. Although we will never know, I envision them to have looked something like the rock outcropping on the opposite side of the valley known as “Quartzite.” It makes me wonder how many years might pass before the hillside on the other side of the valley will look like ours – not in my lifetime, I have no doubt – at least not without a massive earthquake.
There is only one God and only one Jesus Christ. Not many paths, one path. Not many gods, one God. Stand firmly on the only Solid Rock.
