Because we live in the “wilderness” on the side of a mountain, there is nothing to obstruct our view of the moon between its rising in the East and its setting in the West unless the cloud cover is too thick. Sometimes the “moon cloud thing” as I call it, is awesome in itself. Some day, perhaps, I will have a camera suitable for taking quality night photos so I can share those awesome and inspiring moonlit views with others, as well.
As we mark the day and the night and the seasons and the years, let us be mindful that without God we would be nothing.
